No Food Zone

As we start the new term, this is just a gentle reminder to everyone that the LRC is a no food zone.

We kindly ask therefore that you consume any food items in the Courtyard before entering the LRC.

We have had a few problems with food and litter over the course of this academic year so we will be starting to log names of students found eating in order to identify repeat offenders.

Many thanks in advance for your cooperation with this.

Safer Internet Day 2016

Safer Internet Day 2016 takes place during half term, on the 9th February.

The aim of this day is to help promote the safe, responsible and positive use of digital technology for children and young people.

Throughout the year you will see various posters/leaflets about e-safety in the satellite computer rooms and in the LRC.  We currently have a display in the LRC offering you lots of tips and advice on how to be safe online, so please take the time to have a look at this.

If you want any further information about E-safety, you can also contact TRC's E-Safety Officer, Emma Hadfield who is based in the LRC.
