Ian the paper lad delivers
newspapers by bicycle. When delivering the papers he manages 4mph. When he
returns to the shop along the same route he can manage 12mph. The whole journey
takes exactly one hour. How far has he travelled?

Monday 1st December: Puzzle of the Day
On the run up to and during Numeracy Week (8-12 December) there will be a new Puzzle of the Day posted around College each day. Entries should be submitted in the LRC by the end of the day and there will be a new winner of £10 each day. Good luck!
